If you’ve never done a video appointment, don’t let that stop you. There’s no app to figure out — we send you a secure link, you tap it at your appointment time, and your therapist appears on screen. We’re happy to do a quick practice run before your first session, and a phone, tablet, or computer all work. No driving to Ocala or Leesburg, no waiting rooms, no parking.
Prefer face-to-face? Our office at Cala Hills Professional Park in Ocala is an easy drive up I-75 or US-301 — about 45 minutes from The Villages’ town squares. We accept select private insurance and are a Medicaid-approved Florida provider. Insurance information →

I’m not comfortable with technology. Can I still do telehealth?
Yes. If you can answer a video call from a grandchild, you can do telehealth. We keep it to one click on a link we send you, and our staff will walk you through a test call beforehand if you’d like.
Do you understand what it’s like to relocate here in retirement?
Very much so — it’s one of the most common threads in our work with this community. Leaving decades of friendships, routines, and family behind is a genuine loss, even when the move was the right choice. That adjustment is worth taking seriously.
Does Medicare or my insurance cover counseling?
We accept select private insurance plans and Florida Medicaid; coverage varies by plan, so call us at 352-831-8090 and we’ll help you sort out your specific benefits before you commit to anything.
