Can I do therapy from my dorm or apartment near campus?
Yes — all you need is a private space and an internet connection. Many students take sessions from their room, a parked car, or a reserved library study room. Sessions are HIPAA-secure and nothing is shared with your school.
What if I want to meet in person?
Our office in Ocala’s Cala Hills Professional Park is roughly 40–45 minutes from Gainesville straight down I-75 or US-441. Some clients come in person monthly and use telehealth in between.
I’m a parent of a UF student who’s struggling. Can you help?
We work with young adults directly and can also support parents navigating how to help from a distance. Family sessions can bring everyone together on video even when you’re in different cities.
