In-Person Therapy
Meet face-to-face with a licensed therapist at Cala Hills Professional Park. We offer individual, couples, and family sessions for all ages, with appointments Monday through Friday until 8 p.m. so you can come after work or school. Learn about outpatient care →
Telehealth From Home
Prefer not to drive across town? Every service we offer in the office is also available through secure, HIPAA-compliant video — a good fit for parents of young kids, homebound clients, and anyone living out toward Silver Springs Shores or the Ocala National Forest.
Medication Management

Cala Hills Professional Park is on SW 20th Place, tucked between SW College Road (SR 200) and SW 19th Avenue Road, with free parking right outside the building. We’re a few minutes from the Paddock Mall area and easy to reach from I-75 exit 350. If you’re new to therapy, your first visit is simply a conversation — we’ll talk about what’s going on, what you want to change, and build a short-term, strength-based plan around your goals.

We’re at Cala Hills Professional Park, 2118 SW 20th Place, Suite 201, Ocala, FL 34471 — just east of SR 200 near the Paddock Mall area, about 10 minutes from downtown Ocala.
Can I switch between in-person and telehealth sessions?
Yes. Many Ocala clients mix the two — coming into the office when they can and switching to video when work, kids, or weather get in the way. Your therapist and your treatment plan stay the same.
How soon can I get an appointment?
We work to schedule new Ocala clients promptly — typically much faster than large health systems. Call 352-831-8090 and we’ll find a time that fits, including evening slots up to 8 p.m. on weekdays.
