At Total Family Solutions, we believe that every individual, couple, and family has the ability to grow, thrive, and experience happiness. Since our founding, we have been dedicated to providing compassionate, strength-based behavioral and mental health services that help clients overcome challenges and achieve meaningful personal and family goals.
We understand that each person and family is unique, which is why we create individualized treatment plans that focus on strengths, resilience, and positive growth. Our team works closely with clients to provide both in-office and telehealth services, ensuring care is accessible, flexible, and tailored to meet each situation.

Meet Our Clinical Team
Jessica S., RMHCI
Jessica is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Leo University and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. She has worked in inpatient, outpatient, individual, and family counseling settings, supporting both adolescents and adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, and co-occurring concerns. Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), within a person-centered, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed framework. In addition to individual therapy, Jessica provides parenting support and works with families to strengthen communication, improve relationships, and foster resilience. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to heal, grow, and experience meaningful, lasting change.
Nicole G., Intern
Nicole is a master-level counseling intern at Asbury Theological Seminary pursuing her M.A. as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. Nicole is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Nicole provides support to children, adolescents, and adults. Nicole uses evidenced-based practices like CBT, Person-Centered, and Strengths-Based modalities to help clients reframe negative thought patterns and build healthy coping skills. With a strong foundation in faith, Nicole offers biblical integration for clients who desire to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the healing process. Nicole believes that emotional and spiritual well-being are deeply intertwined, offering a safe, non-judgmental space to explore both clinical goals and spiritual growth. Outside of the clinic, Nicole enjoys time with her family, traveling (when time permits), and gardening in her spare time.
Debbie R, LCSW-QS
Debbie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve meaningful personal growth. She is passionate about empowering clients to reach their goals through a compassionate, strengths-based approach that recognizes each person's resilience and potential. Debbie integrates the Nurtured Heart Approach into her practice, fostering positive relationships and building confidence while supporting lasting change. She specializes in trauma-informed care, creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can heal and thrive. In addition, Debbie is a New Jersey Approved Clinical Supervisor, a Florida Qualified Supervisor, and a Certified Nurtured Heart Trainer. She is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of mental health professionals while providing high-quality, client-centered care grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices.
Kiso B., RMHCI
Kiso Barnett is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Mental Health Counseling from Lincoln Memorial University. She has experience providing therapeutic services across psychiatric, residential treatment, juvenile justice, and community behavioral health settings, working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Her therapeutic approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. She believes in meeting each client where they are and helping them build the skills, resilience, and confidence needed to navigate life's challenges. Throughout her career, Kiso has facilitated individual, family, and group therapy while collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams to provide comprehensive, coordinated care. She is especially passionate about parent education and partnering with caregivers to strengthen family relationships and support children's emotional, behavioral, and mental well-being. Kiso believes that healing happens through authentic connection and is honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward hope, resilience, and lasting change.
